The land is 7.79 acres, 3 of which are buildable. This is the backside, the land goes across the top 300 feet, it also goes down the side of the mountain to a creek, then up the other side (much shorter) to the road we are on (Blue Spruce Drive). |

| The high point of the land. | Short Cut Road, a major snowmobile road, a short cut from Timberlakes Drive to Blue Spruce Drive, 2 major roads in Timberlakes. Where Short Cut Road and Blue Spruce Drive join up, that part of Blue Spruce Drive is closed during the winter because it is very steep, so not many cars use this road. |
